Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from halocollect.com, sold by Halo Collect.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older and ship to an address in the United States.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is out of stock or a price was listed in error.

Using the goods

Read the care and use notes that come with each item and follow your sauna or tub maker's own instructions. Check wood, felt and fittings for wear, and stop using anything that is cracked, split or loose. Stand plunge tubs on a stable, level surface that can carry their filled weight.

Returns

Our returns and refunds policy is on the Returns and refunds page.
